24-year-old ‘Lip-Kit’ inventor Kylie Jenner today showed off her California’s Drivers License for the world to see and everyone is rightfully in a state of SHOCK!
Kylie put up a pic of it on her Instagram page and her pic has her looking slightly stoic with plumped up lips.
