32-year-old ‘Cats’ actress Taylor Swift is responding to a plagiarism lawsuit where she’s alleged to have stolen lyrics from for her song ‘Shake It Off.’

Taylor is being sued by songwriters Sean Hall and Nathan Butler who wrote 3LW’s 2001 hit ‘Playas Gon’ Play.’ In the 3LW song they sing: “playas, they gonna play” and “haters, they gonna hate” while in ‘Shake It Off’ Taylor sings: “‘Cause the players gonna play, play, play, play, play and the haters gonna hate, hate, hate, hate, hate.”
