39-year-old ‘The Skinny’ actor Jussie Smollett attended his first red-carpet in years for the premiere of his upcoming movie ‘B-Boy Blues,’ released November 3.
This was Smollett’s first public appearance since being accused of staging a racist attack in Chicago back in 2019. Smollett alleged that he was beaten up by homophobic thugs while on his way back to his apartment, but the Nigerian brothers who purported the “crime” said they were paid-off by Smollett to do so.
‘B-Boy Blues’ is also directed by Smollett and is based on a 1994 novel of the same name by James Earl Hardy…Smollett shared on his Instagram Stories ahead of the premiere this past Friday night: “To see all the love for the film is crazy beautiful. More to come while I catch up but to everyone who came out last night with so much love and community… on behalf of everyone @bboybluesfilm, thank you…” Let us know: WILL YOU/HAVE YOU WATCHED B-BOY BLUES? HOW DO YOU THINK SMOLLETT’S TRIAL WILL GO?!?!?!
