Cardi B is making money moves with a new publishing deal!
According to Variety, the ‘WAP’ rapper has moved from Sony Music Publishing to Warner Chappell music — ahead of her release for an upcoming sophomore album following 2018 debut LP ‘Invasion Of Privacy.’
She’s been releasing singles since then like ‘Press,’ ‘Please Me’ ft. Bruno Mars — more and just recently she dropped single ‘Money.’ Warner Music Group was recently named the industry’s most profitable company, and now Warner Chappell is showing how they are making their mark in music. The latest move from them came when it signed Saweetie as a new artist on Monday of this week to join Bruno Mars, Anderson .Paak and others who have been with Warner for years. Representatives for both Sony and Warner Chappell declined comment when asked about the matter.
