53-year-old Oscar-winning filmmaker Quentin Tarantino says that he plans to retire from the business after making just two more movies!
Tarantino spoke during the recent Adobe Max conference yesterday in San Diego. He said: “Drop the mic. Boom. Tell everybody, ‘Match that sh-t.’ Hopefully, the way I define success when I finish my career is that I’m considered one of the greatest filmmakers that ever lived. And going further, a great artist, not just filmmaker”
To date Tarantino has directed eight feature films: My Best Friend’s Birthday (1987), Reservoir Dogs (1992), Pulp Fiction (1994), Jackie Brown (1997), Kill Bill: Vols 1 and 2 (2003, 2004), Inglorious Basterds (2009), Django Unchained (2012), and The Hateful Eight (2015).
