Guess what? JoJo Siwa, 20, is on the prowl for love in the upcoming year. She’s been riding the solo train since bidding adieu to Avery Cyrus back in the ancient times of late 2022.
In a recent chat, JoJo spilled the tea on the love advice she’s been soaking up from her fellow entertainers. According to her, staying single for a hot minute is the way to go, and she’s got some profound reasons for it.
“I was all like, ‘This year, zero romance.’ Now, 11 months into the desert of love, I’m thinking, ‘Dang, why did I jinx myself like that?’ Mother Nature is out here playing relationship police, and I’m just over here with my chaos,” JoJo spilled to People. She confessed to yearning for a plus-one but insisted it’s not all bad news.
She went on, “But you know what? It’s actually kinda great. Because when I’m in a relationship, I go all in – friends, family, career, they all take a back seat. So, being single right now is like a strategic move for the greater good.”
And guess who’s schooling JoJo in the love department? None other than her comrades from Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, Tyler Cameron and Nick Viall.
“Nick dropped some wisdom on me, saying I can be a love fool until I hit 21. That gives me a solid six months of love buffoonery,” she chuckled. As for her two older brothers, they’ve got a game plan.
“I bet you between the two of them, one will be the love sheriff, keeping me in check, and the other will be like, ‘Nah, girl, get out there and enjoy yourself!’ It’s the perfect love intervention,” JoJo declared with a twinkle in her eye. Love advice from the Special Forces of the heart – now that’s a reality show we’d all watch!
