Bryce Hall just couldn’t resist poking fun at Billie Eilish’s eyebrow-raising remarks about TikTokers crashing the 2024 People’s Choice Awards. In a hilariously sassy TikTok response, the internet sensation fired back at the “What Was I Made For?” crooner.
“Let’s talk about Billie Eilish being all grossed out by us TikTokers at the People’s Choice Awards. Yeah, guilty as charged, I was there,” Bryce quipped in his latest video, dropping the mic on the drama. With a touch of mock humility, he added, “Oh, forgive me, Billie Eilish, for not erecting a shrine in your honor and bowing down to your sheer awesomeness as a fellow human,” before giving a comically awkward bow for emphasis.
Setting the record straight, the 24-year-old explained that they weren’t gate-crashers but VIPs, personally invited by the event organizers themselves. “So, Billie, save your side-eye for another occasion, alright?” he chided, wiping away imaginary tears in a mock sob session. “And you know what’s really tragic? I used to be a Billie Eilish superfan! I’d renegade to your tunes all day long. Now? Well, let’s just say my renegade days might be over. Thanks for killing my vibe, Billie,” he lamented, tongue firmly in cheek.
But Bryce wasn’t done serving up the laughs. In another TikTok masterpiece set to the tune of Billie’s “bad guy,” he flaunted snapshots of himself and girlfriend Mika Lafuente living it up at the awards ceremony. Talk about a comedic clapback!
The saga unfolded when a viral clip caught Billie throwing subtle shade at the influx of TikTok royalty at the star-studded bash. Overheard muttering to Kylie Minogue, “So many TikTokers here,” Billie seemed to add with a sly smirk, “I don’t need it,” as she discreetly pointed out the social media squad in attendance. While Billie kept mum on who exactly she was shading, the A-list TikTok lineup included the likes of Tana Mongeau, Chris Olsen, Gigi Gorgeous, Alix Earle, and James Charles.
Oh, what a time to be alive when even award shows have their own TikTok drama!
