Zendaya is back in her glitter-smudged, emotionally-damaged element, filming Euphoria Season 3—because apparently, HBO believes our lives are empty without chaotic teens making terrible decisions.
The 28-year-old actress was spotted Monday night (March 24) in Los Angeles, looking like a pro on a 12-hour overnight shoot. That’s half a day of pretending to be a high schooler who definitely has more interesting parties than you ever did. (Seriously, did we go to the wrong high schools?)
Now, don’t get too excited—the new season won’t be gracing our screens until 2026 because HBO likes to toy with our emotions. At this rate, Rue might be filing for taxes by the time Season 3 drops.
But Zendaya isn’t just busy playing everyone’s favorite troubled teen! She recently snagged a voice role in a highly-anticipated animated film (probably something that’ll make you cry unexpectedly), she’s reprising a big sequel role (Spider-Man? Dune? Who knows—Zendaya stays booked), AND she’s filming a movie with an Oscar-winning team. Basically, she’s out here collecting jobs like Infinity Stones.
Oh, and in case you were wondering why Barbie Ferreira isn’t returning as Kat? She’s spilled the tea on that—and let’s just say, it involves artistic differences and probably some group chat drama. But don’t worry, she’s still cool with the cast… at least that’s what she says.
