Ryan Reynolds And His Mom Tammy Attended ‘The View’ As Part Of The Audience

Ryan Reynolds is hanging out with his mom, and it’s nothing short of hilarious!

On Monday (June 10), the queens of The View got the surprise of their lives when the 47-year-old Deadpool actor was spotted chilling in the crowd like a regular Joe, alongside his mom, Tammy.

In the middle of the episode, co-host Whoopi Goldberg’s Spidey senses tingled, and she noticed Ryan and his mom sitting front and center.

“You never know what’s going on here at ‘The View,’” Whoopi, 68, said, doing a double take. “Sometimes you look up and think, ‘Wow, this is really something.’ And then you look over and think, ‘Oh snap, there’s Ryan Reynolds!’” The camera zoomed in on Ryan, who waved like he was running for prom king.

“Just curious … what’s the deal?” Whoopi asked, probably wondering if Deadpool was planning a hostile takeover.

Ryan, always ready with a quip, said he was there because his mom’s a massive fan of the show.

“By the way, this is way less stressful than being on stage,” Ryan joked, basking in the glow of not being grilled by Whoopi and the gang.

“My mom is here visiting her grandkids,” Ryan explained, referring to the four little bundles of joy he shares with wife Blake Lively. “And yesterday she said, ‘It’s my dream to go to ‘The View.’ And I was like — well, first off, I do what she says because you never know what she’s capable of. She’s been threatening unspeakable violence my entire life.”

Ryan revealed he pulled some strings to score tickets to the show, adding, “Does being Blake’s husband give us a little VIP access?”

“And here we are,” he continued. “I think my mom might have thought she was going to be on ‘The View’ today, but who knows?”

Mama Reynolds just shook her head and laughed, clearly loving every second of her fifteen minutes of fame. She confessed she’s a daily viewer of the show.

“You’re welcome any time, Mama Reynolds. You too,” co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin chimed in, pointing at Ryan. “And tell Blake to come on the show!”

Ryan, ever the charming son, just smiled, probably already plotting his next delightful public appearance.
