Gypsy Rose Blanchard threw the ultimate birthday bash and shared her day’s wisdom with her fans like a seasoned motivational speaker on a sugar high.
On Wednesday, the star of “Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup” posted a TikTok and Instagram reel from her 33rd birthday blowout, celebrated on July 27. “Woohoo, it’s my special day!” she announced. “Take a peek behind the curtain at my epic b-day extravaganza. Big shoutout to Ken and my fam for making my day a total blast! 😃 #GypsyRose #BirthdayBash #PartyTime.”
In the clip, Blanchard kicked off her birthday with lunch surrounded by her nearest and dearest, soaking up pearls of wisdom as she stepped into a new year of life.
First up was her half-sister, Mia Blanchard, who dished out advice while they cruised to lunch: “Stay happy, stay healthy, keep your mind sharp, and for the love of all things good, think before you open your mouth!”
Blanchard chuckled and then pivoted the camera to another passenger, her grandma Gigi, who offered her own gem: “Be unapologetically yourself. Don’t change because you want someone else to. And keep being sweet, ’cause God’s got your back.”
Blanchard wrapped up her advice-seeking spree with her stepmom, Kristy Blanchard, who was behind the wheel. “I’m totally on board with everything they said. Think before you speak, send out good vibes, and remember: what you put into the universe comes back to you, so stay authentic.”
After the ladies’ lunch, Gypsy switched gears and outfits for an evening with her boyfriend, Ken Urker, who’s also about to become a dad. The video then cut to the couple enjoying a posh dinner at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel New Orleans.
While perusing the menu, they engaged in a laugh-out-loud debate over the merits of Caesar salad versus other salads, before Gypsy asked Ken to deliver his top-notch birthday advice. “Dodge the negativity and ignore the haters,” Ken said. “Trust your loved ones and keep moving forward. We’ve got your back.”
The video wrapped up with a sweet moment of Gypsy blowing out candles on a birthday cake at dinner, and then again at home. Because, why not have cake twice on your birthday?
