Blake Lively is getting a high-five from Sony Pictures’ big cheese!
The 36-year-old glam goddess is lighting up the big screen in the adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s tear-jerker “It Ends with Us.” Sony, the magical studio behind the film, is practically doing cartwheels over Blake’s performance.
Sony Pictures Entertainment’s top dog, Tony Vinciquerra, gushed to THR, “Blake, Colleen, and a whole squad of awesome women poured their hearts into this movie like it was their last piece of chocolate cake. They worked like superheroes to make sure the important stuff was handled with the utmost TLC. The crowds are swooning over it! Blake’s dedication to raising awareness about domestic violence is, frankly, amazing. We adore working with her, and we’re ready to sign her up for 12 more films just to keep the love fest going.”
Of course, every film set has its drama, and this one is no exception. Rumor has it that things got a bit spicy between director Justin Baldoni and some of the cast. Justin himself admitted there was a bit of “friction,” but hey, no one said making movies was as easy as pie (or as delicious).
