The 42-year-old tennis queen dropped a truth bomb on her socials this Tuesday (November 28), and let’s just say, she’s not riding the rainbow today.
“I’m basically a human mood swing today,” she spilled the beans on X.
“And you know what? It’s totally cool not to be cool. Like, who wakes up feeling fabulous every single day? If you’re currently on the struggle bus with me, high-five! There’s always tomorrow! 😘 Love ya,” she sprinkled some Serena magic.
Her followers, like the loyal squad they are, flooded her comments with virtual hugs and heart emojis, basically turning her post into an online support group.
This isn’t Serena’s first mental health rodeo. Last year, she and Selena Gomez had a heart-to-heart about the wild rollercoaster that is the mind on Selena’s mental health platform, Wondermind.
“Keeping my mental game strong is basically the art of ghosting negativity. I was doing it way before it was cool, you know? Like, mental health was still in the basement while I was already throwing a party for my sanity,” she casually dropped wisdom bombs during her Wondermind chat with Selena last year.
