**Bridgerton Season Four: The Plot Thickens, Minus One Duke**

Alright, Bridgerton fans, it’s time to dust off your corsets and fluff those wigs because Season Four is on the horizon! But hold onto your monocles, because our beloved Duke of Hastings, Rege-Jean Page, is still playing hard to get.

Remember when the Duke made us all swoon in Season One? Well, just as quickly as he had us fanning ourselves, he vanished like a charming specter. Fans wept, wailed, and waved their handkerchiefs, mourning his exit. But fear not! We’ve dug up an old interview where the Duke himself spills the tea on why he ghosted us.

**On Becoming an Overnight Sensation…**

Rege-Jean Page didn’t exactly wake up one morning to find himself in the middle of a fame hurricane. “Overnight success?” he muses. “Maybe for everyone else. For me, it’s like, ‘Oh look, the room is still a battlefield, and I’m still breaking down doors.’” It seems, whether he’s being ignored or adored, Rege-Jean’s motto is simple: show up, do the work, and hope for the best. Fame is just an occasional cherry on top of his very busy sundae.

That’s the tea.” He chuckles at the notion of some glamorous exit strategy. “We wrapped up the story, and the temptation to keep milking it was there. But I wasn’t about to start remixing the script and adding some funky beats just because people liked the first tune. We did what we came to do, and that was that.”
