Nick Carter is spilling the beans on the totally unexpected exit of his younger sister, Bobbie Jean.
Bobbie Jean, the sibling tag team partner of both Nick and the late Aaron Carter, pulled off the ultimate disappearing act in late December at the ripe age of 41. Just when we thought 2022 was bad, 2023 decided to stick around with this plot twist. The tragedy struck a month after we all solemnly observed the anniversary of Aaron’s grand exit.
On this fine Thursday (January 4), Nick, who is not only a Backstreet Boy but also a man of profound words, graced social media with his presence to pay tribute to his sister, or as he fondly calls her, his sibling from another crib.
“It may take a lifetime to fully process the loss my family has endured over the years – most recently, with the sudden passing of our sister Bobbie Jean,” he declared on X (formerly Twitter). Yeah, it seems even social media platforms are rebranding faster than we can keep up with celebrity news. “I am completely heartbroken,” he added, breaking our hearts in the process.
Nick continued his soliloquy, revealing, “Thank you for all your love and kind words. We are reminded again that life is precious, fleeting, and to cherish the time we have with the ones we love. I know she is finally at peace with God. I love you BJ.” At this point, we’re reaching for tissues faster than we can say “larger than life.”
And just when you thought this drama couldn’t get any more riveting, an investigation is underway following Bobbie Jean’s great escape. However, the plot thickens as the police reported that no drug-related items or narcotics were present when she was found unresponsive in the bathroom. Looks like this story doesn’t need any extra spice – it’s already a rollercoaster of emotions.
