Meghan Markle’s First Instagram Follow Since Her Royal Return is… Herself?!

Meghan Markle is officially back on Instagram, and she just made her first move—following herself. Because who else is worthy, really?

The 43-year-old Duchess of Sussex made her grand return to the ‘gram in January, and on Tuesday (February 18), she hit the follow button on exactly one account: a page for her new lifestyle brand, As Ever. That’s right—no royal relatives, no Hollywood besties, not even Oprah. Just Meghan supporting Meghan.

The Most Mysterious Croissant Ever
The As Ever Instagram currently boasts one (1) post: a photo of honey casually oozing over a croissant while her late dog, Guy, lurks in the background like he’s about to call the health inspector.

The caption? “You’re warmly invited: As ever, coming Spring 2025.”

Translation: “Y’all better be ready for whatever I’m cooking up.”

Naturally, Meghan reposted the same pic to her personal account, because when you’re your own biggest fan, why not? She also shared a heartfelt video explaining the deeper meaning of her brand:

A Lesson in Meghan-Speak
“‘As ever’ means ‘as it’s always been,’ or as some might say, ‘literally what I’ve always been about,’” she wrote.

She then took us on a sentimental journey back to her Tig days (RIP), reminding us that she’s been all about “food, gardening, entertaining, thoughtful living, and finding joy in the everyday” since way before it was trendy.

And in case anyone was confused, she also confirmed that As Ever was not, in fact, her first choice. It was originally called American Riviera Orchard, but apparently, that name got left on read.

Meghan is back, her croissant is thriving, and her brand is coming in Spring 2025. Until then, we wait. As ever.
