Ed Westwick, aka the Chuck Bass, is about to become a dad! That’s right, our favorite scheming bad boy is all grown up, married to actress Amy Jackson, and preparing for the pitter-patter of little baby Bass feet!
First Comes Love, Then Comes… an Insta Announcement!
In classic celebrity fashion, Ed (37) and Amy (32) just announced their pregnancy on Instagram, a mere two months after they tied the knot in a dreamy Italian wedding. That’s one whirlwind of a honeymoon! But hey, when you’re a power couple who met at a racetrack, you’re used to speeding things up!
Their Insta post? Absolute maternity magic. Imagine this: Ed is holding Amy’s baby bump in a meadow, looking all smoldering while she glows like a goddess of nature. It’s practically a Disney scene—if Disney did influencer maternity shoots, of course.
From Race Tracks to Real Estate Romance
Apparently, these two didn’t meet at some bland Hollywood party but at an Aston Martin event on the Silverstone racetrack! Ed recounted the love story to Hello! and, honestly, he sounds like a rom-com hero who might also steal your heart (and maybe your coffee).
Ed explained, “I saw her, thought ‘I’m going to make my move!’ and bam, coffee date it was.” No flowers, no poetry—just coffee and a little bit of high-speed competition. And because this story keeps getting cuter, Amy smoked him on the track! That’s right—she beat him fair and square, and he’s been “racing” to keep up with her ever since. Clearly, love at full throttle.
The Couple That Moves Together… Stays Together?
After that heart-racing date, Amy was house-hunting in Hampstead, London, and guess who else happened to be looking there? (We see you, Ed!) He insists it was pure coincidence, but if that isn’t a prime rom-com setup, we don’t know what is. Amy moved in, and Ed moved “very close by” shortly after. The rest, as they say, is history.
And now, they’re preparing to welcome their first child—someone who will surely be an adorable mix of race-car skills, Upper East Side vibes, and maybe even a slight British accent.
We can’t wait for Baby Bass to arrive! Here’s hoping he or she inherits Ed’s smirk, Amy’s fierce independence, and maybe that racing gene, too.
