The show, running for just 15 weeks, is basically a masterclass in revenge, deception, and why you should never trust a guy who says, “Hey, I’ve got a plan.”
But let’s talk about the audience, because it was essentially the Met Gala, but with more iambic pentameter.
The Biden family showed up, meaning the former President of the United States is officially a theater kid now. Jennifer Lopez brought her child, Emme, because J.Lo’s plus-one game is always iconic. Anna Wintour was there, probably judging everyone’s outfits in Shakespearean verse. Samuel L. Jackson? He came, he saw, he probably whispered “motherf—” at least once under his breath.
