Andy Cohen is here to spill the tea on Karen Huger’s guilty verdict, and trust me, it’s a hot one!
Earlier this week, our favorite Real Housewives of Potomac diva, the Grand Dame herself, found herself in a bit of a pickle, getting slapped with a guilty verdict on five out of six charges after her not-so-joyride in Potomac, Maryland, back in March 2024. Yes, she’s officially been found guilty of driving under the influence, which means she might need to trade in her glam heels for some sensible shoes — or maybe a comfy jumpsuit?
In an interview that felt more like a scene from a dramatic reality show, Andy, the 56-year-old king of Bravo, shared his heartfelt reaction. “I think it’s all sad,” he confessed, looking as serious as someone who just watched their favorite cat video get deleted. “I haven’t really processed it yet.”
But wait, there’s more! Andy doubled down on the sadness, stating, “But I think it’s very sad.” Like, really sad. As sad as a puppy in a raincoat!
According to our friends at Fox 5 DC (you know, the ones with all the breaking news), Karen was found guilty of a laundry list of charges: DUI, negligent driving, failing to control her speed like she was in a game of bumper cars, and failing to inform the authorities of an address change. But let’s take a moment to appreciate that she was acquitted of reckless driving, so at least there’s that!
Now, mark your calendars, because Karen’s sentencing is set for January 29, 2025. And rumor has it she could face up to two years in prison. Imagine her getting out and throwing a Freedom Party! Talk about a plot twist worthy of a season finale!
The Real Housewives saga continues, and we can’t wait to see what happens next. Will Karen have a fabulous glow-up post-sentencing? Stay tuned!
