Tyla Announces Deluxe Version Of Her Self-Titled Debut Album

Buy Me A Coffee

Tyla is about to flood your ears with more music! Yep, the “Water” queen herself just hit the big red button and is super-sizing her debut album like it’s a fast-food combo meal!

In a surprise move on Monday, October 7, Tyla made her fans do a double take with a mic drop announcement that TYLA (Deluxe) will be splashing onto streaming services this Friday, October 11. Yes, this Friday! You can now stop scrolling through endless TikTok dance challenges and get ready for some fresh jams!

And what’s on the deluxe menu, you ask? Three brand-new tracks to soak up: “Shake Ah” (featuring the dream team of Tony Duardo, Optimist, and Maestro), “Push 2 Start” (which honestly sounds like a song about a car, but we’re betting it’s gonna make you run to the dance floor), and “Back To You” (probably about texting your ex… again).

But let’s talk about the drip. No, literally. Tyla also blessed us with new album artwork where she’s rocking a brown corset while getting absolutely drenched—like she just lost a bet with a garden hose. The hose is even wrapped around her waist like it’s her new accessory. Maybe this is her subtle wink to her worldwide hit “Water,” or maybe she just really loves sprinklers. Who knows?

In case you forgot (how could you?), her self-titled debut dropped in March and featured a star-studded guest list: Travis Scott, Tems, Gunna, Skillibeng, and Becky G. I mean, if that album were a party, you’d definitely be RSVPing ASAP. It even made a splash at No. 24 on the Billboard 200! That’s like cannonballing straight into the charts.

Sadly, Tyla had to put the brakes on her tour thanks to an injury, but hey, if we’re getting more music instead, we’ll take it. Looks like she’s pushing 2 start on a full comeback!
