The Delevingne sisters just hit the red carpet and gave it a sibling-powered strut that made even the dolphins jealous.
Cara “Eyebrows for Days” Delevingne and her glamorously pregnant big sis, Poppy “Bumpin’ and Stylin’” Delevingne, showed up arm-in-arm at the Ocean with David Attenborough premiere on Tuesday night (May 6), held at London’s Royal Festival Hall—aka the fanciest building near a Pret a Manger.
The red carpet? Rarely this iconic. The vibes? Immaculate. The baby bump? Glowing like a disco ball under a bioluminescent jellyfish.
They weren’t alone in this celeb-sprinkled splash-fest. The guest list was so stacked it looked like someone let loose a royal LinkedIn contact list. King Charles himself showed up (presumably with an emergency pocket square) and posed next to national treasure and certified ocean whisperer, Sir David Attenborough. If that duo doesn’t scream “classy British nature documentary power couple,” nothing does.
Also spotted: Felicity “Theory of Everything” Jones and her director husband Charles Guard, Georgia May Jagger proving rock ‘n’ roll runs in the genes, and Geri “Yes, That One” Horner. Not to mention astronaut Sir Tim Peake (who’s seen the Earth from space and still came to see fish on a screen), John Kerry with his serious face, and a wild collection of OBEs and Sirs including Michael Palin, Sanjeev Bhaskar, and Meera Syal. Oh, and James Blunt. Yes, he was beautiful.
The reason for the star-studded deep dive? Ocean with David Attenborough—an upcoming documentary that promises a cinematic journey through our planet’s underwater wonderland. It’s giving: majestic whales, mysterious squids, and probably a turtle that’s wiser than your therapist.
Premiering June 7 on National Geographic (and swimming over to Disney+ and YouTube the next day), this film is basically Finding Nemo for grown-ups who own reusable water bottles and say “climate action now” unironically.
Cara and Poppy slayed, the ocean is important, and David Attenborough is the grandpa we all wish we had. Go watch the trailer, and maybe hug a coral reef while you’re at it.
