Superman himself, Henry Cavill, is about to embark on his most heroic adventure yet: fatherhood!
The 41-year-old actor, known for his steel-like abs and superhuman charm, dropped a bombshell over the Father’s Day weekend (June 16). In a move more surprising than Clark Kent’s impeccable disguise, he announced that he and his girlfriend, Natalie Viscuso, are expecting their first child.
“Guess what, dads of the world? I’m joining your exclusive club soon! Any pro tips on surviving diaper changes and midnight feedings?” he captioned his post, probably while flexing in front of a mirror.
And, because Henry Cavill isn’t your average dad-to-be, he added a quirky twist: “Fear not, no pillows in the crib for my mini-me! Just some glue and scalpels. You know, the essentials for building Warhammer miniatures. #FathersDay” Because every baby needs a well-armed Warhammer army, right?
Back in April, Henry couldn’t contain his excitement while chatting with Access Hollywood. “Natalie and I are absolutely thrilled. We’re already planning playdates with our action figures. Trust me, you’ll be seeing a lot more of this epic saga.”
