Sharon Stone has a new story to tell, and it’s a real eye-opener—literally!
This week, the 66-year-old dynamo known for her role in *Basic Instinct* left fans gasping with a photo on Instagram showing off a black eye that looked like she’d been in a wrestling match with a very unforgiving piece of furniture.
“This trip has been a bit of a bumpy ride; but hey, I’m tougher than a two-dollar steak 🤪” Sharon quipped in her post.
Then, just when you thought the saga couldn’t get any wilder, Sharon decided to clear up the mystery behind her shiner on Thursday (August 1). In a video update, she put all those worried fans at ease and shared the real scoop:
“Alright, everyone, I know you’re all dying to know how I got this fabulous black eye,” Sharon began with a grin. “After hopping from hotel to hotel and country to country, I had to get up in the dead of night for a little bathroom break. Well, I managed to confuse my bedroom with a marble wall, and let’s just say the wall won.”
“No, no one punched me, and yes, I’m totally fine,” she assured. “I’m actually having the time of my life, being showered with love wherever I go. And, let me tell you, that marble wall has a real knack for leaving a mark.”
Sharon then dramatically lowered her sunglasses, giving a full view of her battle scar, saying, “It’s getting better, but it’s still a pretty snazzy shiner.”
“And as for that marble floor?” she joked. “Let’s just say it’s lucky I didn’t sue for damages!”
She wrapped it up with, “Thanks for all your concern—I’m sending good vibes right back at you. Thanks a million!”
