Paging the wizarding world: Rupert Grint has made another human being, and he didn’t even need a wand for it! (That we know of. 🤔)
The 36-year-old proud ginger icon and his longtime partner, actress Georgia Groome (33 and thriving), just popped up on Instagram to announce that baby #2 has officially dropped — and honestly, the rollout was more lowkey than a Marvel trailer.
Rupert captioned the first baby pic with this gem:
“‘Secret Child Slightly Revealed’ Introducing Goldie G. Grint. ⭐️ A 10/10 baby (so far).”
10/10! So far!! 😂 Honestly, the fact he left room for a future Yelp review is what real parenting looks like.
Rupert, being the wholesome legend he is, even gave a shoutout to the doctor who helped bring little Goldie into the world. We love a man who appreciates his support team. (Somebody get that doctor a Butterbeer.)
Goldie now joins her big sister Wednesday, who crash-landed into the family back in May 2020, AKA the year the world went full apocalyptic drama. Rupert actually made his Instagram debut that year by posting a picture of Wednesday — because if you’re going to finally cave and get on the ‘Gram, it might as well be for your tiny human.
In case you forgot (or just got distracted by the three million streaming shows out there), Rupert recently wrapped up Servant on Apple TV+, a series where he basically perfected the art of being permanently stressed for four seasons straight. Georgia, meanwhile, was last seen flexing her acting chops in Period Piece (2018) and Double Date (2017), and probably has been living her best life away from the madness since then. Queen behavior.
Huge congrats to the Grint-Groome squad! Can’t wait to see what baby #3 gets named — hoping for something like “Thursday G. Grint” to keep the weekly theme alive. 😂
