Stop the presses! Princess Beatrice is cooking up a royal bun in the oven again!
Yes, you heard right. The Palace, in all its fancy, tiara-twirling glory, just announced that Beatrice, the 36-year-old granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth (no big deal, right?) and her hubby Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi—who sounds like he should be riding around in a Vespa and making fancy pasta—are expecting baby number two! And it’s set to arrive early 2025, right on time to steal the show from New Year’s fireworks and any other babies trying to get attention.
The dynamic duo is already on diaper duty with their two-year-old daughter, Sienna, who’s probably still figuring out how to wield her toddler-sized scepter. Oh, and let’s not forget Edo’s son from a previous relationship, Christopher Woolf, who’s casually known as “Wolfie.” Yes, Wolfie. Clearly, this family is prepared to name their next child something equally fierce, like “Falcon” or maybe “Dragon.”

Translation: The King’s in the loop, and everyone’s thrilled. There’s probably been a lot of happy sipping of tea and champagne, with maybe even a celebratory wave or two.
And to think, this all started back when Beatrice and Edo said their “I do’s” during the pandemic in a small, intimate ceremony. Fast forward to now, and they’re getting ready to expand their royal family—and the nursery.
