Max (the streaming service, not some dude named Max, although he also might be excited) just dropped a mega “super teaser” for all the wild TV goodies coming this year. And guess what? Among the drama, trauma, and emotionally unstable characters — our favorite human wrecking ball Peacemaker, played by the human action figure John Cena, is strutting back onto our screens. And yes, he still makes bald eagles look underdressed.
While the teaser was doing the rounds, James Gunn — the multi-hyphenate genius/chaos coordinator behind it all — popped onto social media like, “Oh hey, NBD, just finished the sound and color on the premiere episode and it’s basically a masterpiece.” And THEN casually dropped the big bomb:

Translation: He’s hype. We’re hype. Your grandma should be hype. This season is about to slap harder than Peacemaker’s opening dance number in Season 1.
