Nikki Glaser has no patience for the “Gatekeepers of Thinness” and is officially giving Ozempic users a standing ovation (or at least a seated round of applause while eating chips).
The 40-year-old comedian took to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday (March 24) to throw some hilarious but very real truth bombs about weight loss.
“Oh, I love it. I love it. Do it, do it,” she declared with the enthusiasm of a reality TV star promoting their new skincare line. “I have no judgment.”
And she’s not stopping there. Nikki wants people to stop whispering about their Ozempic prescriptions like they’re planning a bank heist.
“I want people to feel more comfortable talking about doing it,” she said, before calling out the real villains in this saga—thin people who don’t want anyone else to join their exclusive club. “The shame is only from thin people who want you to stay fat. Like, that’s really where it’s coming from.”
And just when you thought she was done, Nikki dropped the ultimate name into the mix: Kathy Freaking Bates.
“They are so mad that you’re getting thin now because that’s all they have, right?” she joked. “But they can’t say that, so they pretend to care about diabetes. Suddenly, all these thin, white women are out here screaming, ‘Diabetics need their meds!’”
But Nikki’s not buying it.
“No, I think you’re upset that Kathy Bates has a thigh gap. That’s more what it could be about, I think.”
Mic drop.
