It seems like the star-studded musical extravaganza, “This Is Me… Now,” had a few celebs turning down Jennifer Lopez’s invitation faster than you can say “Lights, Camera, Action!”
Reports are swirling that the fabulous Lizzo was among the elite 11 who politely declined JLo’s golden ticket to musical stardom in her Prime Video spectacle. Can you imagine being on the receiving end of that RSVP?
But hold the phone! The plot thickens! According to JLo’s casting director, spillin’ the tea in the documentary “The Greatest Love Story Never Told,” Lizzo was apparently too busy rockin’ her own boat to hop aboard JLo’s musical ship. Cue the dramatic music!
In a move that’s part comedy, part heartbreak, Lizzo took to TikTok to set the record straight. She stitched together a clip from the documentary where Jennifer allegedly learned of Lizzo’s unavailability. And in true Lizzo fashion, she burst onto the screen like a shooting star, declaring, “Ain’t nobody told me nothing. Nobody asked me. JLo, I love you.”
Well, ain’t that a plot twist! Looks like someone forgot to send Lizzo the memo, leaving her out of the loop faster than you can say “musical mayhem.”
