Megan Thee Stallion is out here manifesting greatness—and by greatness, we mean a possible collab with Doechii that could melt our speakers.
During a recent TikTok live, the 30-year-old rap queen let the world know that she has her eyes set on working with the Grammy-winning rapper. And she did not hold back her excitement.
“I see Doechii, b***h, I love Doechii. I do want to do a song with Doechii, b***h. That is on my list. That’s on my album wish list,” Megan spilled, sounding like someone adding extra guac to their Chipotle order with zero hesitation.
But Megan isn’t just talking about sending Doechii a lazy email like, “Hey bestie, wanna collab?” Oh no, she wants that in-studio magic where beats are bumped, bars are cooked up, and vibes are so good they could cure seasonal depression.
“I feel like Doechii would be the type of person that you would have to be in the studio to make a song with,” Megan explained. “I would like to hear a beat that she would like to rap over, and also I’m like challenging myself to rap over beats that I wouldn’t normally rap over—without losing myself.”
Basically, Megan wants to rap over some alien-sounding, Doechii-level futuristic beats and still come out sounding like the Hot Girl Coach we all know and love.
Meanwhile, in a plot twist that the rap gods definitely blessed, Doechii recently took home a GRAMMY for Best Rap Album for her mixtape Alligator Bites Never Heal. Yes, you read that right. First of all, iconic title. Second of all, this collab needs to happen immediately.
