Hold onto your body-swapping hats, because Lindsay Lohan is back in action and ready to bring the freaky back in Freaky Friday 2!
The 37-year-old actress waltzed onto the set like she owned the place (and let’s be honest, she kind of does) to kick off filming the much-awaited sequel on Monday, June 24, in the land of dreams—Los Angeles.
Lindsay was spotted rocking an ensemble that screamed “I’m here to make magic happen!” She dazzled in a pink vest and matching pants, paired with black loafers and sunglasses that probably cost more than my rent. The outfit was so coordinated it might have come straight out of a Barbie’s dream wardrobe.
Meanwhile, Mark Harmon, our resident rugged heartthrob, was channeling serious lumberjack vibes. Sporting a flannel shirt and jeans, he wandered around set with a script in hand, possibly looking for a forest to chop down or a mystery to solve.
The excitement didn’t stop there! Lindsay and her on-screen mom Jamie Lee Curtis decided to bless the internet with the first photo of them on set, confirming that production had officially begun. It’s like Christmas came early, but with more body swaps and less fruitcake.
As for the plot of Freaky Friday 2, it’s still wrapped tighter than a mummy at a Halloween party. But we do know the cast list, and guess what? Nine stars from the original movie are back for more fun! Unfortunately, two beloved characters won’t be returning, possibly because they’re stuck in someone else’s body and can’t find their way back.
