Kiernan Shipka & Mckenna Grace Are Back Together for a New Movie—And This One Is a Whole Lot Scarier Than Sabrina’s Coven Drama!

Kiernan Shipka and Mckenna Grace are reuniting for a new survival thriller, The Nowhere Game! That’s right—Netflix’s former baby witch and her younger self are about to trade spells for something much more terrifying: a bloodthirsty psychopath with a questionable hobby.

What’s the Deal With The Nowhere Game?
According to Deadline, the film will follow two unlucky road-trippers, Carin (Mckenna) and Allie (Kiernan), who were just trying to have a chill time when—plot twist!—they get kidnapped by some deranged maniac who clearly has WAY too much free time. Instead of, say, going to therapy or taking up pottery, this villain decides to throw them into a messed-up, real-life survival game where the stakes are literally life or death.

The girls get a brief head start (gee, how generous!), and then the chase is ON. With the internet watching their every move like it’s the worst reality show ever, they have to outsmart their captor, scavenge supplies, and dodge whatever horrifying traps this psycho has set up. Oh, and just in case they weren’t stressed enough, they start finding creepy clues left behind by past contestants—who, let’s be real, probably didn’t get a happy ending.

Will Carin and Allie escape? Will they turn the tables and go full Taken mode on their captor? Or will they become just another grim tale in The Nowhere Game’s highlight reel? One thing’s for sure—it’s going to be intense.

The Dream Team Behind the Madness
The film is being directed by David Charbonier and Justin Douglas Powell, with a script written by Alex Pototsky—aka, the mastermind responsible for making us sleep with the lights on after this movie drops.

Meanwhile, our leading ladies are BUSY. Mckenna is currently running for her life in the next Scream installment (because apparently, she just can’t resist a good horror movie), and Kiernan just wrapped up Red One and The Last Showgirl—both of which sound way less terrifying than The Nowhere Game, tbh.

So buckle up, horror lovers—this thriller is coming, and it’s bringing ALL the stress.
