In the latest episode of The Kardashians, which hit the screens on Thursday (July 11), our favorite 40-year-old reality star Khloe Kardashian unveiled her sparkling new partnership with the activewear brand Fabletics. Move over, lycra! There’s a new sheriff in town.
During the episode, Khloe dished out the juicy deets on her past battles with the bulge, confessing that if the magic slimming potion, Ozempic, had been around back then, she’d have probably guzzled it down like it was the last cocktail at a Beverly Hills party.
“When I was, let’s say, more cushion for the pushin’, if they had Ozempic, I probably would have given it a whirl,” Khloe confessed like she was spilling the tea at a Kardashian brunch. “I mean, I tried every zany weight loss trend under the sun—except for that one pesky thing that actually works. You know, a lifestyle change.”
Oh, Khloe, always keeping it real.
But wait, there’s more! Khloe gave us a peek into her current fitness regime, which sounds more like a rollercoaster ride than a workout.
“I do this wild circuit training with cardio intervals. It’s like a heart rate rollercoaster, up and down, up and down. And if I know I’m going to be baring some serious skin for a shoot, I crank up the intensity,” Khloe revealed. “And then I celebrate by demolishing a full large pizza. Just cheese. I’m basically a toddler with a platinum credit card. But hey, it’s all about balance, right?”
Preach, Khloe. Preach.
Khloe also dropped some wisdom bombs for anyone tuning in.
“I’m all about encouraging healthiness,” Khloe said, sounding like a motivational speaker at a glittery health seminar. “I don’t care about the number on a scale. Just be active, be healthy, and be stronger for yourself. And if that means doing yoga in your pajamas or dancing like nobody’s watching, then do it.”
Khloe Kardashian’s hilarious, heartfelt, and oh-so-relatable journey to fabulousness. Let’s all raise a slice of pizza to that!
