But plot twist! Kensington Palace spilled the tea to NBC News, revealing that Princess Kate won’t be playing Inspecting Officer this time around. Instead, the task will fall to Lieutenant General James Bucknall, KCB, CBE. Sounds like a fancy substitute, right?
