Princess Kate—yes, that Kate, Duchess of Chic and Queen of Windswept Hair Goals—just gave us an exclusive peek into her very zen, very flower-filled healing journey. And spoiler alert: it’s giving Serene Forest Fairy Realness.
To kick off Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK, our girl Kate, 43 and still slaying like it’s 2011, dropped a new video that’s basically a cinematic trailer for “Kate & Wills: Nature Heals (2025).” In the video, she opens up about how strolling through forests and bonding with trees (probably named Harold and Daphne, tbh) has helped her during her ongoing cancer journey.
“Over the past year, nature has been my sanctuary,” she says, standing in a meadow that looks like it was curated by the elves of Rivendell.
Okay, Kate. Forest therapist, poetic queen, and mental health advocate? Multi-talented!
She gets all deep and profound about the power of plants:
“The natural world’s capacity to inspire us, to nurture us and to help us heal and grow is boundless…”
Boundless! Just like my online shopping addiction but… healthy!
The video then cuts to her walking with Prince William through what appears to be the same magical forest where fairies probably brunch. The couple stroll, giggle, and vibe in matching countryside fits, proving once again that royals: they’re just like us (except they own castles and have way better lighting).
“It is through nature that we can fully understand the true interconnectedness of all things…”
Translation: Hug a tree, it might just fix your soul—and also your WiFi signal if you’re lucky.
There’s even a romantic lakeside hug moment, which looked straight out of a Nicholas Sparks film but with less drama and more sensible outerwear. At one point, Kate says:
“Spring is the season of rebirth, of hope and new beginnings.”
Girl, preach. Spring is when my allergies awaken, but also when I emotionally defrost. Same vibe.
The video ends with Kate and Wills giggling while leaning against a rock like they’re in a really wholesome camping ad for couples therapy. Then she leaves us with the ultimate motivational one-liner:
“Spring is here, so let’s make the most of it together.”
Brb, crying in a flower field while hugging a daffodil.
Kate’s latest IRL appearance was on May 8 at the “VE Day 80: A Celebration To Remember” concert in London. She and Prince William showed up, looked regal, and probably made at least five people cry with their wholesome energy. The royal kiddos even popped up that same week for a rare family moment, because when the royal fam drops content, they deliver.
