Jason Kelce Talks About Brother Travis Kelce Changing After Relationship With Taylor Swift

Buy Me A Coffee

Jason Kelce is spilling the beans on his brother Travis Kelce’s whirlwind romance with none other than Taylor Swift. Grab your popcorn!

The 36-year-old former Eagles center—yep, that’s right, he’s the guy who used to snap the ball, not snack on it—decided to share his two cents on his 34-year-old brother’s sudden plunge into the stratosphere of fame since he started dating the 34-year-old megastar. Jason chose the Whiskey Ginger with Andrew Santino podcast as his confessional booth. Because, where else do you discuss your brother’s love life?

“I haven’t seen him change one bit,” Jason revealed, probably while munching on something from his brother’s fridge.

“That’s a compliment, by the way,” Jason clarified. “Trav’s still the same guy who wears Crocs and eats cereal at 3 AM. He’s humble, he respects everyone like they’re his grandma handing him cookies.”

Jason went on, “Trav can chill anywhere. Seriously, you could drop him in a room full of llamas in tuxedos, and he’d fit right in. He’s just that kind of guy.”

He then took a deep breath and shared a profound truth. “Look, at that level of fame, you can’t just walk into a Taco Bell like a regular Joe. Trust me, Kylie and I think we’re hot stuff until we hang out with Travis and Taylor. Then we realize we’re just lukewarm soup in comparison.”

He didn’t stop there. “This is a whole new league. You’re not just ‘famous’ famous. You’re ‘can’t-buy-toilet-paper-without-causing-a-riot’ famous.”

But despite the glitter and glam, the Kelce clan is sticking to their roots. “We’re all evolving, sure. Maybe I’ve started wearing sunglasses indoors, who knows? But deep down, we’re still the same weirdos we’ve always been.”

Jason wrapped up his comedy show—I mean, podcast appearance—with a reassuring note: “Seriously, nobody’s changed. We’re just as awkward as ever. Thanks for tuning in!”
