Harry Styles is back in action at London Fashion Week – and he’s serving up more than just “Watermelon Sugar” vibes.
The 30-year-old international heartthrob and purveyor of oversized sweaters made a rare public appearance on Friday (Sept. 13), where he waltzed into the SS Daley Fashion Show like it was his very own runway. With a wardrobe that screamed “I’ve outgrown all my childhood clothes but refuse to shop for my size,” Harry rocked a navy and white ensemble so baggy that we’re still trying to locate his legs. His outfit was the love child of a nautical uniform and a stylish duvet cover. Naturally, he was seated front row, as close to the action as his oversized trousers would allow, rubbing elbows (and possibly exchanging fashion tips) with none other than Anna Wintour, the queen of all things chic.
You know it’s a serious fashion event when Anna’s there, probably silently judging everyone in a 10-mile radius while hiding it behind her iconic sunglasses. Whether she said a word to Harry, or just stared into his soul with the gaze of someone who’s seen too many floral patterns, we may never know.
But wait, the star power didn’t stop there! Harry’s My Policeman co-star Emma Corrin was also in attendance, sitting just a couple of high-fashion inches away from Heartstopper star Sebastian Croft. The trio didn’t officially form a new boy band, but the energy in the room suggested they were on the verge of dropping the most stylish album of all time.
Harry’s baggy outfit stole the show, Anna Wintour’s sunglasses likely hid a thousand thoughts, and somewhere in the audience, someone was definitely wondering if Harry was going to trip over his own pants. Fashion Week may never be the same again.
