Gia Giudice is here to tell the world: Calm down, people! We’re not about to start selling homemade pasta on the street.
The 24-year-old took to her Casual Chaos podcast this week to reassure everyone that the Giudice empire is not crumbling—despite the recent revelation that her mom, Teresa Giudice, and stepdad, Louie Ruelas, allegedly owe the IRS over $3 million in taxes. (That’s a lot of mozzarella, but hey, who’s counting?)
“My mom has been the sole provider for my sisters and me since the second my dad left for prison,” Gia explained, casually referencing her father, Joe Giudice, and his unfortunate 41-month vacation at Club Fed for a little mix-up involving mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud. (Ah, the Real Housewives tax tradition lives on!)
Gia made it crystal clear that Teresa is handling business like the queen of New Jersey that she is.
“She’s working her a– off to keep our family stable,” Gia declared. “I can’t stress enough how much my mom has worked. Everything will be resolved. My mom has it under control, and there’s nothing to worry about.”
Translation: Teresa is flipping tables, signing Bravo contracts, and probably selling autographed bottles of ‘Skinny Italian’ wine as we speak.
So don’t worry about the Giudices—they’re doing just fine, honey.
