So, what happened? Did he have a diva moment? Did he finally get fed up with Carson Daly’s endless pauses? The tea started spilling on the November 11 episode, when Carson solemnly announced that Tanner had “left the competition after rehearsals.” Suspenseful, right? It felt like the setup to a true crime documentary.
Tanner’s journey on “The Voice” had already been a rollercoaster. He started on Team Reba, because who wouldn’t want Reba McEntire as their coach (I mean, the woman’s a living legend).
