The Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menéndez Story star, 28, decided that the 2025 GLAAD Media Awards (held at the ultra-glam Beverly Hilton on March 26) was the perfect place to let the world know: “Yes, I have a boyfriend, and yes, I will be kissing him in front of flashing cameras. Deal with it.”
And honestly? We respect it.
Cooper, who was actually a presenter at the event (because just attending like a regular guest is obviously beneath him), has been teasing us with this relationship since October 2024. That’s when he first revealed that, yes, he was off the market, but no, he wasn’t spilling who the lucky guy was. Classic celebrity move.
Then boom! Stuart McClave’s identity was unveiled, and the couple wasted zero time stepping out together in public like the rom-com leads they are.
Oh, and in case you forgot that Cooper has more on his mind than just cute red carpet moments, he recently made headlines for saying he was “deeply troubled” by the new L.A. District Attorney’s stance on the Menéndez Brothers’ case. So, he’s out here serving both political awareness and boyfriend goals at the same time.
