Celine Dion Attends Hauser Concert With Her Sons, Says She’s Their Biggest Fan

Buy Me A Coffee

Céline Dion has officially re-emerged from her superstar lair! On a dazzling Saturday night, she graced Wynn Las Vegas’ Encore Theater with her presence to catch Hauser’s show – yes, THE Hauser, the Croatian cellist who could probably charm a rock with his strings.

Our queen of power ballads, who’s fabulously 56 years young, strutted in on June 22 with her twin sons, Nelson and Eddy, in tow. You can bet they inherited their mom’s flair for drama and grand entrances.

Fast forward to Tuesday, and Hauser is all over Instagram like a kid on Christmas morning, sharing a video of his backstage rendezvous with Céline. The clip opens with the diva herself declaring, “I’m such — in fact — I’m a big fan,” in a tone that suggests she’s about to ask for his autograph.

But wait, Hauser, ever the smooth talker, fires back, “I’m your biggest fan,” triggering Céline to channel her inner WWE star: “No, let’s fight. I’m the biggest fan.” Picture this: Céline Dion and Hauser in a fan-off, complete with cellos as dueling weapons. Now that’s a pay-per-view we’d all tune into.

The video rolls on with Céline sashaying into the concert hall while Hauser serenades her with the Titanic anthem, My Heart Will Go On. He even stops mid-performance to gush, “I actually want to dedicate this performance to my favorite singer of all time. And she’s here, believe it or not, Céline Dion.” Cue the collective swoon of the audience.

Not content with one post, Hauser double-dips into his Insta feed to share his awe. “Thank You @celinedion for coming to my show in Vegas with your family, it was an honor,” he gushes, probably while pinching himself to check if it was all a dream.

Céline’s Vegas adventure comes hot on the heels of her New York City documentary premiere, I Am: Celine Dion. At the screening, she received a standing ovation, which, let’s be real, is the only appropriate response to her majesty. She took the stage to thank her family – René-Charles, Nelson, Eddy – and her fans, whose relentless support is the wind beneath her wings, or in her case, the gust beneath her glittering gowns.

“Thank you, René-Charles. Thank you, Nelson. Thank you, Eddy. Thank you very much,” Céline said, channeling her inner Oscar winner. “And thanks to you, my fans, your presence in my journey has been a gift beyond measure. Your never-ending love and support for all the issues have delivered me to this moment.”

Cue the tears, the applause, and the inevitable urge to belt out a Céline classic. A night in Vegas that will go on and on in the hearts of fans and Instagram feeds everywhere.
