In a recent interview, Bradley Cooper spilled the beans on his innermost feelings, and let’s just say, it was a sob-fest extravaganza!
The 49-year-old heartthrob, known for his roles in everything from “Maestro” to “A Star is Born,” got cozy with Dax Shepard on the Armchair Expert podcast, and boy, did he let the waterworks flow!
Bradley confessed that there’s this one lucky soul who’s witnessed his tear parade more times than they can count in the past year. “That poor person has seen me bawl my eyes out—no exaggeration—like, 150 times in the last year,” Bradley admitted, as reported by People. Talk about an emotional rollercoaster!
Despite drowning in a sea of tears, Bradley assured us he’s feeling “calmer” nowadays. Thanks to some quality time on the therapy couch and a deep dive into meditation, he’s upgraded his crying game from “ugly” to “less ugly.” Gone are the days of the “full-blown meltdown” crier, replaced now by a more refined, zen-like weeper.
In his own words, Bradley described his former crying style as akin to a “drowned rat auditioning for a horror movie.” Yikes! Talk about an unflattering visual! But hey, we’ve all been there, right?
Nowadays, though, it’s a whole different ball game. “There’s just more relaxation,” Bradley shared. No longer does he resemble a flailing octopus caught in a windstorm when the tears start to flow. Nope, now it’s all about embracing the moment with grace and dignity—well, as much dignity as one can muster when their face resembles a Picasso painting of emotional distress.
Bradley Cooper: from “ugly crier” to “zen weeper” extraordinaire. Who knew shedding tears could be such a journey of self-discovery?
