There’s some spicy tea brewing about Euphoria’s third season and one of its stars, the ever-dashing Eric Dane!
Eric, who apparently has no time for sleep, has snagged a new role in the Prime Video thriller Countdown. He’s joining forces with none other than Jensen “The Dreamboat” Ackles and Jessica “Queen of Cool” Camacho. Now, while this news might make you think Euphoria’s third season is about as likely to happen as a unicorn sighting, don’t go trading your HBO subscription for a tin foil hat just yet!
According to Deadline (who apparently have crystal balls now), there are “promising signs” that Euphoria’s third season isn’t just a pipe dream. Scripts are being scribbled furiously by creator Sam Levinson and his team of writing wizards, so put down those pitchforks and relax.
In even more delightful news, Deadline insists that Euphoria is on track to kick off production later this year. That’s right, they’re aiming for a 2025 debut on HBO. This means you’ll have to wait a little longer to see Zendaya’s glitter tears, but it’s happening, people! And for those stars juggling a billion other projects, the Euphoria team will be scheduling around their chaotic calendars.
So, get excited to see more of your faves: Sydney “Always Shining” Sweeney, Zendaya (the queen herself), Jacob “Heartthrob” Elordi, Colman “Scene Stealer” Domingo, Hunter “Fashion Icon” Schafer, Maude “Apatow-esome”, Storm “Weathering Every Role” Reid, and a bunch of others who haven’t jumped ship yet.
Stay tuned, stay glittery, and remember: Euphoria season three is coming, even if it has to dodge more schedules than a celebrity’s skincare routine!
