“1923” Season 2 Trailer Drops: Harrison Ford & Helen Mirren Defend Their Ranch Like Total Badasses

Buy Me A Coffee

The official trailer for 1923 Season 2 is here, and let’s just say, it’s got more drama than a high school reunion after everyone’s had one too many cocktails. Paramount+ dropped the trailer like a mic Sunday night (January 19), and oh boy, Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren are out here fighting harder for their land than I fight for the last slice of pizza.

The trailer serves us a piping-hot plate of ranch drama. Harrison Ford’s Jacob and Helen Mirren’s Cara are practically screaming, “Get off my lawn!” but in an epic, cowboy-ish way. Meanwhile, Brandon Sklenar’s Spencer is on a mission to get back to the family. Will he make it? Will he get lost? Will he realize Montana is basically one big landmine of drama? Stay tuned.

Here’s the setup: A winter so harsh, even snowmen would quit, brings chaos to the Dutton ranch. Jacob (Ford) and Cara (Mirren) are not only dealing with frosty temps but also people trying to steal their legacy—how rude. Meanwhile, Spencer (Sklenar) is trekking home like it’s The Amazing Race: Old West Edition. Oh, and Alexandra (Julia Schlaepfer) is doing her own little version of Titanic across the Atlantic, minus the iceberg (we hope). She’s determined to find Spencer and reclaim their love because apparently, nothing screams romance like cowboy hats and survival.

The cast is stacked like a Sunday brunch buffet: Jerome Flynn, Darren Mann, Brian Geraghty, Aminah Nieves, Michelle Randolph, Sebastian Roché, Timothy Dalton, and Jennifer Carpenter are all back for more.

Mark your calendars! Season 2 of 1923 premieres on February 23rd, exclusively on Paramount+. And if you need a reason to rewatch Season 1, Brandon Sklenar’s shirtless moments might just do the trick—because who needs plot when abs are involved?
