In what can only be described as a masterclass in confused-mom energy, Victoria’s daughter, Piper (played by Sarah Catherine Hook), drops a bombshell at dinner—she wants to move to Thailand for a year.
Victoria, being the supportive and well-informed mother that she is, responds with:
“You want to live in Taiwan?!”
To which Piper, understandably questioning all of her life choices, shrieks:
“WHAT!?”

Parker Posey herself weighed in, and her answer is basically, “Who cares?”
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Parker spilled the tea:
“It doesn’t matter. Victoria gets on the plane and is just going to land. They usually go to the Caribbean, so this is just a long flight for her to a country where she can get massages, eat delicious food at night, bask in her perfect children, and work out her own issues.”
Translation: Victoria is a first-class, five-star, spa-seeking nomad who could land in Iceland and still ask the hotel concierge where the nearest Thai restaurant is.
One thing’s for sure—Victoria may not know where she is, but she definitely knows where the best facial treatments are. And honestly? Respect.
