Kylie Kelce is getting a grand public “my bad” from the lady who went full banshee on her.
Just last week, the internet exploded with a video of a woman turning the volume up to eleven on Kylie, 32, and her husband, Jason Kelce, as they enjoyed a kid-free moment in Margate, New Jersey.
The meltdown began when the couple, probably dreaming of ice cream and seagull-free skies, politely declined a photo with the woman.
Cue the screamfest! The woman hollered that the Kelces would be “banished forever from this town” while Kylie, channeling her inner Zen master, replied, “You’re embarrassing yourself.”
Well, plot twist! The screeching siren, who has since revealed herself as Andreé Goldberg, has issued a big ol’ public apology to Kylie.
“In a moment of pure, unadulterated frenzy, I turned into someone even my cat wouldn’t recognize and said things I now deeply regret. For that, I am truly sorry,” Goldberg confessed to PhillyMag.
Goldberg also mentioned that she reached out directly to Kylie and Jason, 36, to grovel privately but felt the need to extend her apologies to the entire universe.
“My tantrum, and my actions, are not the real me, and definitely not a reflection of the usually chill vibes of Margate,” Goldberg continued. “As a grown-up and supposedly responsible citizen, I should’ve known better and respected their need for a little paparazzi-free peace. I’m immensely thankful for the Kelces’ forgiveness and hope they continue to rock their fabulous lives.”
And thus, the saga of the scream heard ’round the shore concludes with lessons learned, and hopefully, quieter beach days ahead.
