It’s official—Taylor Swift is not just penning love songs; she’s now penning victory smooches too! After the Kansas City Chiefs clinched the AFC Championship at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday (January 26), Taylor Swift and her touchdown of a boyfriend, Travis Kelce, were spotted locking lips right on the field. Talk about a championship-worthy PDA!
The 35-year-old pop sensation (and honorary Chiefs cheerleader) wasted no time making her way to the field, where her equally 35-year-old tight end of a beau waited, fresh off leading his team to their third consecutive Super Bowl. If this isn’t the plot twist of a rom-com waiting to happen, what is?
Taylor, always the class act, didn’t storm the field solo. Oh no, she strolled out hand-in-hand with Travis’ MVP mom, Donna Kelce. Because when you date a Kelce, you’re dating the whole dynasty. Donna is basically the Beyoncé of football moms, and Taylor knows a star when she sees one.
But Wait, There’s More (Drama in the Suite!)
Before her field-kissing escapade, Taylor spent the game perched in a luxury suite, cheering like it was a sold-out Eras Tour show. Who was in the suite with her, you ask? A mix of Kelce camp VIPs and family members, all sharing snacks, shouting at refs, and pretending they weren’t absolutely starstruck by Taylor. It’s rumored someone might’ve started chanting, “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” at a referee.
Will Taylor Be at the Super Bowl?
Much like last year, it’s pretty much guaranteed that Taylor will be at the Super Bowl, pom-poms metaphorically in hand, cheering on her man. If Travis scores, don’t be surprised if she drops a new single called “Red Zone Romance” during halftime. Honestly, at this point, Taylor Swift might just rewrite the national anthem.
Check out the videos of Taylor on the field, where she looks like she just wrote a love story and Travis said, “Baby, just say yes.”
Your move, Cupid.
