66-year-old 'Gotti' actor John Travolta is currently mourning the death of his nephew Sam Travolta Jr at the age of 52; just one month after the passing of his wife Kelly Preston from cancer! The exact cause of Sam's death has yet to be revealed however it's believed that the screenwriter passed away at his home in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, on September 23. The first one will air this December and the second one will show up next year...if everyone survives!
