So, it seems Marc Anthony’s crib in the Dominican Republic decided to throw a little impromptu BBQ earlier this week. On Thursday, August 8th, his fancy Casa de Campo mansion in La Romana apparently mistook itself for a bonfire site and burst into flames. The good news? Marc and his fam were out and about, probably sipping piña coladas, so they weren’t around to roast marshmallows.
According to Marc’s rep, all the staff are safe and sound—phew! The fire chose the left side of the property for its fiery debut, targeting the bungalows like they were its personal marshmallow sticks. Luckily, the main house was spared from the flames, but let’s just say the bungalows won’t be hosting any more vacationers. The firefighters showed up, did their thing, and started investigating. Meanwhile, El Gordo y La Flaca captured the blaze and even got some dramatic drone footage of the whole spectacle. The bungalows might be ashes now, but at least Marc’s main house is still standing tall.
