Yep, Marvel’s done gone and flipped the script on us with this one. Instead of serving up their usual tantalizing mid-credits tease, they decided to leave us hanging like a Spider-Man stuck in a web.
Now, hold onto your popcorn, ’cause Director SJ Clarkson’s got some explaining to do. In a recent sit-down with THR, she spilled the beans on why there ain’t no post-credit shenanigans in Madame Web.
“It’s all about spinning a yarn, you see. My old man used to say, ‘If you’ve got something to say, say it loud, say it proud, and then zip it,'” Clarkson shared, giving us a glimpse into her decision-making process. “So, when we hit them end credits, I figured we’d done spilled the beans on everything worth spilling in the flick.”
