On Wednesday, October 2, the 31-year-old “Teardrops” maestro landed in Buenos Aires to witness Niall’s performance. But before he took off on his jet-setting adventure, Liam had a chat with his fans—let’s call it “Liam’s Pre-Flight Confession Hour.” In a Snapchat video (which is now also on X, because, apparently, we need to keep up with our social media rebranding), he spilled the beans about his mission: “We’ve got some things to ‘square up,’” he said.

“I think we might just go and say hello,” he continued, sounding like he was gearing up for an epic showdown. “It’s been a while since me and Niall have spoken. We’ve got a lot to talk about. And I would like to square up a couple of things with the boy.” A couple of things? Is this a friendly chat or a potential boxing match?
“No bad vibes or anything like that,” he reassured, which totally means there are some bad vibes lurking in the corner, just waiting for their moment to shine. “But just um, we need to talk.” Talk? Or throw down? The world may never know!
