Justin Bieber is pulling out his business moves like a magician pulls rabbits out of hats!
It’s been forever and a day since the 30-year-old crooner blessed us with a new album, but he’s making headlines for shaking up his team in a way that could register on the Richter scale.
Our inside scoop (think of them as the Gossip Gandalf) spilled the tea: Justin has ditched his business manager Lou Taylor and given us the lowdown on his bromance status with longtime manager Scooter Braun. Oh, and he’s brought in a financial advisor who’s got some serious Hollywood street cred.
Word on the street (or in this case, whispered over lattes) is that Justin told Lou’s Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group to take a hike back in May. The split was described as “mutual,” like when you and your treadmill agree to never see each other again. Justin waltzed over to Edward White’s camp without missing a beat. If Edward’s name rings a bell, it’s because he’s been steering Johnny Depp’s pirate ship for years.
Why the change, you ask? Apparently, Justin and Lou were like pineapples on pizza—just not a fit anymore.
But wait, there’s more! While Justin and Lou are parting ways, our boy Bieber is sticking with Scooter Braun like peanut butter to jelly. And it looks like they’ll be riding this gravy train for the long haul.
“[Bieber’s] still in a contract and won’t be out of it for a long time,” the source revealed, as if we didn’t already know contracts are like glitter—hard to get rid of.
Bieber’s making moves, shaking things up, and keeping us all entertained while we wait for his next album to drop—hopefully before we all need hip replacements!
